How it works

  1. Intake. A chat-style questionnaire walks you through the citation details, what happened, your evidence, and verification.
  2. Draft. We generate a Written Declaration (California) or Written Statement (Hawaii) directly from your typed facts. The same generator runs on the page preview and inside the PDF packet, so they always match.
  3. Packet. A downloadable PDF bundles the draft, your evidence list, the deadline summary, and filing instructions for your specific court.
